Housing

Mercy College and the Historic Hillcrest Apartments have partnered to offer a unique and sophisticated living experience for our students. The Hillcrest, a beautiful, historic nine-floor building, is located just 4 blocks from campus. The building offers a work-out facility, underground parking, picnic area along with a new community room.

Mercy College strives to meet the housing needs of our students. Individuals are assigned to one of 25 Mercy College-leased apartments, with the two-bedroom units varying in floor plans and square footage. Both double (sharing an apartment with a Mercy College student) and single/family options are available. A roommate matching service is provided to students wishing to share an apartment with another Mercy College student.

Students interested in housing are strongly encouraged to complete the application as soon as they are admitted, as housing is granted on a first-come, first served basis.  Apartment assignments, which are determined by the Director of Student Life and Housing, are done in priority order by the date the application and associated fee are received.
