If you need IT assistance please contact the Mercy Health Service Desk at 1-800-498-1408. The Service Desk provides 7days/24 hour support. Please identify yourself as a student and provide your name, location, contact information, and details of your problems. If the Mercy Health Service Desk is unable to assist you, they will submit a work ticket for on-site support and the College IT staff will respond to the request.
