Report an IT Problem
If you need IT assistance please contact the Mercy Health Service Desk at 1-800-498-1408. Please identify yourself (Faculty, or Staff at the College) and provide your name, location, contact information, and details of your problems. If the Mercy Health Service Desk is unable to assist you, they will submit a work ticket for on-site support and the College IT staff will respond to the request.
You can access the online IT Service Request to fill out an Incident Ticket “Help” or Request “Order.”
