To view and print your financial aid award letter, you will need your username and password. Your Username and Password were either sent to your home address or given to you at orientation.

Your Username: the first letter of your first name and your last name in CAPTIAL LETTERS (For Example: Heather Hoppe would be HHOPPE).

Your Password: is a 7-digit number that can be obtained my emailing the Registrar at registrar@mercycollege.edu or by calling the Registrar's Office at either 419-251-8989 (Heather Hoppe) or 419-251-1216 (Lisa Langenderfer).

Once you have obtained your username and password, you will be able to view and print your Financial Aid Award Letter by following these instructions:

  1. Log in to EMPOWER ME!
  2. Go to Fin Aid and select Financial Aid Award Letter
  3. Select the appropriate award year
  4. Your Financial Aid Award Letter will appear on the screen
  5. To print - click on the printer button
