Cancellation/Refunds
Mercy College reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. Registrants will be notified of cancellations. Refunds will be processed within three weeks of the scheduled cancellation. If the college cancels a program, your full tuition will be refunded. If it is necessary for you to cancel, your tuition, less a $10 processing fee, will be refunded if requested seven days prior to the program start. No refunds, only credit, will be given if cancellation notice is less than 7 days. A substitute attendee is possible at anytime. Mercy College reserves the right to substitute equally qualified instructors at anytime should the need arise.

Ed2Go Online Courses
The Ed2Go network consists of more than 1,800 top colleges, universities and other organizations. It is a California-based corporation that offers hundreds of online courses, covering every topic from Accounting to Web Design. Each course comes equipped with an instructor, along with live discussions with your fellow students and practical information that you may put into immediate use. Their instructors include some of the most well-known and trusted names in online education, and their dedication to customer service is top priority.
Courses are offered at your convenience. A new section of each course begins monthly. All courses run for six weeks and are composed of 12 lessons, representing 24 hrs of instruction. You may ask questions and give or receive advice at any time during the course. Upon successful completion of the course, you will be able to download a certificate of completion.
