Refund Policy
- A $10 processing fee will be assessed on all refund requests.
- Certificate program deposits are non-refundable.
- Payments will be refunded, minus any non-refundable deposits, if they are requested at least 7 days before the start of the course.
- NO refund will be given if requested less than 7 days before the start of the course.
- If a student is unsuccessful once a program starts, no refund will occur.
Cancellation Policy
Mercy College reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. Under these circumstances, students will be notified as soon as possible and all payments, even program deposits, will be refunded in full. If a student cannot attend a program, a substitute attendee is possible assuming they meet the course requirements and begin the program as scheduled.
