Cancellation/Refund Policy
Mercy College reserves the right to cancel a class for any reason. Registrants will be notified of cancellations. Refunds will be processed within three weeks of the scheduled cancellation. If the college cancels a program, your full tuition will be refunded. If it is necessary for you to cancel, your tuition, less a $10 processing fee, will be refunded if requested seven days prior to the program start. No refunds, only credit, will be given if cancellation notice is less than 7 days. A substitute attendee is possible at anytime. Mercy College reserves the right to substitute equally qualified instructors at anytime should the need arise.
