CPR Courses

Registration
To register, you may print and mail a Registration Form (below) along with payment, or you may pay and Register Online.  For more information, fill out an Online Request Form or contact 419-251-1799.  (Note: If you register for a New Provider course, you must pick up your book in office 2607 or 2610 (Madison side of building) .  Please allow yourself some time to pre-read and study the material before your class date so you are prepared).

CPR/ BLS (Basic Life Support) Courses
New Provider Course - This is intended for individuals who have no previous experience with basic life support or who no longer have a current BLS card. If your card is expired, you are required to take the New Provider Course. Our faculty are current American Heart Association BLS instructors. You must be pre-registered and prepaid at least 1 week prior to course date, and review the textbook prior to taking the class.
Renewal Course – Renewal Courses are intended for those individuals who have a current BLS card nearing expiration. If your card is expired, you are required to take the New Provider Course. Our faculty are current American Heart Association BLS instructors. You must be pre-registered and prepaid at least 1 week prior to course date. Textbooks are not required for renewal courses, but may be purchased for $12.00.
