Executive Towers and Mercy College of Northwest Ohio have joined together to provide safe, affordable, and convenient housing to Mercy College students. Mercy College is proud that the rent has not increased for the resident student community in two years and will not increase for the next two years.

Executive Towers is located one block from the campus of Mercy College and offers spectacular views of Toledo! Studio, one-bedroom, and two bedroom/two bath, unfurnished apartments are available. Resident students can enjoy a dip in the sparkling pool, plenty of free parking, and spacious units. Safety is enhanced by 24 hour/seven days a week closed circuit television monitoring and electronic keyless entry into the building.

Mercy College and Executive Towers will strive to make your experience as a part of the resident student community conducive to academic, social, and personal development. We truly believe you will enjoy your experience.

List of items to consider bringing to your apartment:


  • Table/floor lamps
  • Shower curtain
  • Wastebasket
  • Toilet paper/paper towels
  • Bathroom rug/towels
  • Small kitchen table/chairs or dinette set
  • Dishes, silverware, pots, baking sheet
  • Pot holders
  • Small vacuum cleaner, broom
  • Dish soap
  • Straight pins to hang most lightweight items on walls
  • Bed, dresser, any other furniture that will fit nicely in your unit (make sure if you are sharing, that you speak with your roommate about what each will bring)

    The Toledo Symphony provides quality concert experience at an affordable price. The Symphony offers a wide range of musical programs year round. Fifth-Third Field is home of the Toledo Mud Hens baseball team. It is located in downtown Toledo, easily accessible at game time.
