Palliative Care Across the Lifespan from a Uniquely Catholic Perspective 
This course will be available online, at no charge to a limited number of RN’s, social workers and counselors within CHP facilities only (closed to the public).  Courses offered in 2010:  March 8-26 (closed), May 10-28, August 2-20 and November 1-19.

To Register for Palliative Care: 1. Determine which CHP Division you work in.  2. Click on the gray navigation button (to the right) that says the course title.  3.Using the drop-down menus at the top, select your specific CHP Division and choice of date.  4. Fill in the rest of the fields with your personal information.  Please make sure to complete all fields.  5. Click Send.  6.
