Matthews Medical Books will be on campus today and tomorrow (12/15/11 & 12/16/11) to buy back your used books!
Visit the Dunbar room, across from the student lounge, from 9am to 5pm on Thursday, December 15 and 8am to 12pm on Friday, December 16 to turn those books into cash!

Click HERE to enroll now in the Mercy College Personal Trainer course. This non-credit course is designed to give students the knowledge and understanding necessary to prepare for the ACE Personal Trainer Certification Exam and become personal trainers. It includes 30 hours of classroom instruction and hands-on practice and a 15 hour clinical experience that will take place at the Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center Fitness Center.
According to a salary survey conduced by the American Council on Exercise, personal trainers reported $42,204 annually ($21.42/hr) for full time and $18,648 annually ($24.57/hr with16 hours per week).

$595 (textbook included) Paid in Full by December 31, 2011 or

Scholarships of $1,000 each are annually awarded and checks will be made out to the recipient’s school. Recipients are selected from applicants who meet eligibility requirements and have permanent residence in a community served by a Newcomer Funeral Home. The scholarship can be used in any area of study in the field of nursing. The application deadline is January 31, 2012.
