Attention Ohio College Opportunity Grant Recipients:

Wednesday, October 7th, 2009

The State of Ohio is currently undergoing re-coding and re-programming of their system due to the changes enacted into law by Governor Strickland and his Administration this past summer.  This has caused a delay in schools being able to request fall 2009 funds.  They are anticipating we will be able to request funds in December.  This may mean you will not receive your OCOG award until after the fall semester is over.  Please know that Mercy College will not place your account on hold if the only balance due on your account is the outstanding OCOG award.  If you have any questions, please contact the financial aid office at financialaid@mercycollege.edu or 419-251-1219.
