Foundation

The Mercy College Foundation was founded as a non-profit corporation to assist in the promotion of Mercy College. Established in recognition of the need to forge public and private partnerships, it adds financial support to the College’s other sources of funding. Through the generous contributions of our supporters and intelligent investment policies, we are working to fulfill the objectives of the Foundation. As a separate non-profit organization, we receive, hold, invest and disburse funds for the purposes of improving instruction, acquiring equipment, renovating facilities and providing financial assistance to Mercy College students.

Through a strategic planning process at Mercy College, goals have been established to guide the College in meeting future needs in the 21st century. One of the challenges broadening our base of support to help limit tuition increases. The Mercy College Foundation provides the opportunity to gather private resources to supplement the institution’s efforts to achieve the College’s mission and vision.

Vision
The vision of the Mercy College of Ohio Foundation, rooted in the College’s history and heritage, is to initiate and form relationships that promote stewardship, fundraising, and advocacy in support of student success.

Mission
