If you borrowed a Federal Subsidized or Unsubsidized Stafford Loan while attending Mercy College, it is time to complete your Student Loan Exit Counseling.  The Financial Aid Office has arranged for Greg Carlo from Great Lakes Higher Education Corporation to visit the Mercy Campus on Tuesday March 23, 2010 and Tuesday April 6, 2010.  Greg will be able to answer any questions you may have regarding repayment and your rights and responsibilities as a student borrower. 

Please stop by room 3702 at Noon March 23^rd or at 4:00 pm April 6^th to pick up your Student Loan Exit packet and to talk with Greg.  Completing exit counseling is a federal requirement and the financial aid office is here to help!  If you are not able to attend one of the sessions, please contact the financial aid office to either have your packet mailed to you or available for pick up.  You can complete your federally required exit counseling on-line at http://www.mercycollege.edu/financial-aid/exit-loan-counseling/.  Please call or email Santwinaa Nunez, Financial Aid Officer at santwinaa.nunez@mercycollege.edu or (419) 251-1721 if you have any questions.
