Zonta Club of Bowling Green Area established a scholarship for women ages 25 years or older, who are pursuing post-secondary schooling or training. They are inviting applications from women enrolled or wanting to enroll in educational training programs, technical training, colleges or universities. Applicants must reside in Wood County, Ohio, show financial need, and have earned a high school diploma or GED.
How to apply:
- Obtain a scholarship application packet: 1) at the Wood County District Public Library; or, 2) by emailing BGZonta@gmail.com; or, 3) by writing to Zonta of Bowling Green, Attention: Scholarship Committee, P.O. Box 745, Bowling Green, OH 43402.
- Submit completed application and two signed recommendation forms in one of these two ways: 1) by mailing all items notes above (postmarked by March 19, 2010) to address listed above; or 2) Emailing your completed application to BGZonta@gmail.com by 5:00 pm on March 19, 2010, and mailing your completed, signed recommendation forms (postmarked by March 19, 2010) to the address listed above.
